This book helped me to see a more positive outcome of grief and was my light at the end of what I thought was a dark tunnel of sadness. It gives several inspiring examples of loss and how others have dealt with loss.

The best book I read on getting children through grief. It gives many practical tips having to do with grieving. It touts the benefits of being honest with kids about death and for the caregiver to care for themselves before trying to help their children. Hugely helpful.

More of a study of why and how people deal with loss and why some people handle it with optimism and other’s don’t. Again, lots of practical advice that was incredibly astute.
